Q: Tell Us About Your Pets
A: I grew up with what we would jokingly call a zoo. You name it and we probably grew up with it. We currently have 4 pets at home - Two cats: 8 year old Tina who we got from Best Friends Animal Rescue, is the sweetest tuxedo you will ever meet. She is my son's best friend in the house. Eight year old Toast who we found in my grandma's front yard, is the most fire-y orange tabby. He is a our guard cat. Jujube is our 17-year old Senegal parrot. She is the ultimate foodie and our built-in alarm clock. Spumoni is our newest rescue who we got from Shelter Hope. He is a 2 year old Chi-weenie. He is the ultimate cuddle bug.
Q: What's your favorite Animal Movie?
A: My favorite animal movie is the Fox and the Hound. It makes me cry every time I watch it!
Q: Why Healthy Pet?
A: The best part about working at healthy pet is getting to work amongst your friends. All the dogs that come in for pets and treats is a high point my day as well.
Q: What's the funniest thing that has ever happened at Healthy Pet?
A: The funniest thing at work is how many owners call me their dogs' girlfriend since I am always the one giving them treats.
